Your new company You will be working for a commercial real estate owner/operator with a growing portfolio of retail properties in British Columbia. Due to growth, they are seeking a new Property Administrator to join the team. Your new role You will report to the Property Manager and be responsible for supporting a retail portfolio based out of Surrey, BC. Your duties will include supporting day-to-day operations across the portfolio, tenant communications, AP/AR support, assisting with reports and budgeting, coordinating vendors/contractors, and supporting ongoing tenant improvement and capital projects as needed. Youll play a key role in keeping the portfolio running smoothly while building broad exposure across property management. What youll need to succeed You will ideally have 2+ years of property administration experience supporting a commercial portfolio (retail/office/industrial). Youll be confident with tenant communications and comfortable supporting AP/AR processes. Youre proactive, organized, and known as a strong collaborator who takes ownership and follows through. Experience with Yardi (or a comparable property management system) is considered an asset, and a growth mindset will set you up well in this culture.
