About the role Were seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to join our People team and serve as the backbone of our fast-scaling organization. Youll own full-cycle recruiting across multiple functions (operations, product, engineering), drive sourcing strategies to keep our pipelines full, and be a trusted partner to hiring managers What Youll Do Own full-cycle recruitment for key roles across the company, from intake to signed offer. Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, interview plans, and closing strategies. Build and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, referrals, niche communities, campus, and more). Maintain, nurture, and regularly engage talent pools for future priority roles. Develop and report on recruiting KPIs (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, source performance) using Ashby and other tools. Continuously refine our interview process for speed, fairness, and quality of hire. Champion a consistent, high-touch candidate experience that reflects our values and mission. What Youll Bring 24 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent operations (were open to strong adjacent backgrounds with a clear passion for recruiting). Demonstrated success sourcing and closing candidates through multiple channels (inbound, outbound, referrals, networks). Strong foundation in recruiting best practices and HR fundamentals (e.g., structured interviews, basic HRIS/ATS workflows, compliance). Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can change quickly. Exceptional organizational skillsyou manage multiple searches and stakeholders with ease. Clear, empathetic communication style that builds trust with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional partners.
