A growing advisory firm is looking to add an experienced Senior SR&ED Consultant to its team. This is a fully remote opportunity with strong earning potential and long-term growth for the right individual.We are seeking someone who has direct, hands-on SR&ED experience and can independently manage engagements from assessment through to claim submission and CRA review support.What Youll Be Doing Lead end-to-end SR&ED engagements across multiple industries Conduct technical interviews and eligibility assessments with client teams Prepare detailed, defensible technical narratives aligned with CRA guidelines Support and defend claims during CRA technical reviews when required Advise clients on documentation best practices and process improvements Identify complementary non-dilutive funding opportunities such as grants and innovation programs Build strong relationships with senior technical and executive stakeholdersWhat Were Looking For 5+ years of direct SR&ED consulting experience Strong knowledge of CRA SR&ED policy, eligibility criteria, and audit process Background in Engineering, Computer Science, Life Sciences, Manufacturing, or related technical field Proven ability to write high-quality technical project narratives Experience supporting CRA reviews or audits Strong client-facing communication skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects independentlyNice to Have Experience in multiple industries such as software, manufacturing, automation, aerospace, or advanced materials Exposure to grant funding and other innovation incentive programs Prior experience in a consulting or advisory firm environmentWhy Consider This Opportunity Fully remote role Competitive base compensation with performance upside High autonomy and ownership Opportunity to work with innovative, growth-oriented clientsIf you are currently working in SR&ED consulting and looking for a more flexible, high-impact environment, we would welcome a confidential conversation.Apply directly or message for more details.
