Career Advancement Opportunities / Medical & Dental Benefits We are looking for an IT cum website Administrator / Web Content Executive to support the daily maintenance and content updates of our company website. This role works closely with the website administrator to ensure the website remains updated, functional, and wellorganised. Key Responsibilities - Update website content (text, images, documents) - Create, schedule, and manage website pages and publish onbrand social content to drive website traffic. - Perform basic website checks to ensure pages, links, and forms work properly - Assist with website maintenance, updates, and backups - Follow website standards, procedures, and guidelines - Enhance website functionality and product presentation - Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints - Spearhead social media management and content creation and provide adhoc support for overall marketing activations, including onsite assistance at exhibitions and photoshoots. We're seeking someone who embodies: - Diploma or Degree in IT, Web, Digital Media, or related field - Basic experience with website CMS platforms - Graphic design knowledge to ensure website aesthetics and professional content presentation - Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage - Familiarity with Microsoft Office - Detailoriented, responsible, and willing to learn - Good communication and organisational skills - Able to communicate with Chinese speaking associates and customers. - Only Singaporean If youre ready to unleash your marketing prowess and embark on a rewarding journey with us, wed love to hear from you!
