We are looking for a highly creative, resultsoriented Senior Product ManagerTechnical to lead our payment method expansion charter. The key daytoday responsibility of this role includes managing roadmaps, priorities, and vision of Primes authenticated/recurring payment method expansion, unlocking member growth through local payment methods and bankbased wallets that customers use in Primes existing and new locales. This position will enjoy a high amount of autonomy and will act as a single threaded leader. You will get to define the charter (threeyear plan), and lead ideation, design, development, and ongoing management of Prime payments strategy. This role is inherently crossfunctional and requires you to closely work with engineering, project management, design, finance, legal, content optimization, and executive teams to enhance the Prime member experience. This role will also work closely with country and regional operating teams to address growth opportunities and challenges worldwide. Key job responsibilities Deliver and execute on a threeyear vision for the global Prime payment method expansion charter. Develop product and solution requirements, launch new experiences and usecases, and lead expansion to global locales. Develop/socialize customer insights and market trends closely to anticipate challenges and opportunities. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, surfacing key trends/insights early and providing datadriven recommendations. A day in the life a) Improve Prime members'''' paying experience by identifying locally preferred methods of their choice. b) Act as a global payments leader , identifying opportunities across all Prime footprint countries across the globe. c) Partner closely with Prime (and external) Tech, UX, and other nontech teams to deliver effective payment solutions globally. d) Audit key metrics and draw insights to gain roadmap prioritization and drive alignment with senior leadership. Basic Qualifications Bachelor''''s degree 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience 5+ years of technical product or program management experience Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product Experience managing technical products or online services Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executivelevel prioritization and planning Preferred Qualifications Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight Master''''s degree Experience working with and influencing senior level stakeholders Experience building products leveraging ML/AI based models. As a total compensation company, Amazon''''s package may include other elements such as signon payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
