About the Role Were looking for a Senior Manager, Growth to shape and lead Fresh Preps new customer acquisition strategy across our performance and mid-funnel channels, with a particular focus on paid social (Meta), affiliates, influencer, and print, while supporting broader media planning. This is a high-impact role with meaningful influence over strategy, execution, budgets, and results. You will be responsible for driving efficient, scalable customer acquisition, by owning channel performance, improving conversion, creative performance, and overall funnel efficiency.
