One Arrow First Nation Family Enhancement Worker February 23, 2026 Community/One Arrow First Nation Posting Position Summary Reporting to the Manager of Child and Family Well-Being, the Family Enhancement Worker will provide a range of services designed to provide preventative and support services to children and their families. Family Enhancement Workers provide direct, intensive support to families in crisis, to address risk and strengthen family functioning. Family Enhancement Workers undertake thorough assessments and comprehensive planning with families, and follow a solution-focused, strength-based approach to making change. The worker applies their knowledge of family dynamics and issues such as domestic violence, child development, and substance abuse to their interventions with families. The development of personal support and resources for the family, and building linkages to community, are important to successful casework.
