Bilingual Senior Onboarding Project Manager Europ Assistance Canada, part of Generali Group (is looking for an Bilingual Senior Project Manager to join our Operations team in Canada, who can contribute to the building of local Canadian operations. Europ Assistance (is a global company, active in over 200 countries and territories in the delivery of our products and services. The Canadian business unit will strategically focus its efforts on the Travel Insurance industry with the distribution of product offerings and associated service solutions to key stakeholders for their customers traveling abroad or with in Canada. Candidates located in any Canadian province will be considered; however, occasional travel to the EA Canada head office in Toronto, Ontario will be required. Responsibilities Include: The Senior Bilingual Onboarding Project Manager is responsible for independently leading large, complex projects from initiation through delivery. This role owns project planning, execution, tracking, and executive reporting, and works closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities Accountable for end-to-end project leadership through defined governance gates, ensuring cross-functional readiness, ownership transitions, and delivery through go-live, post go-live stabilization, subsequent delivery phases, and formal operational handoff. Serve as the primary lead for onboarding discussions with partners and internal project teams, driving alignment and ensuring all readiness activities are completed to support a successful and timely go live. Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and dependencies. Facilitate alignment of business requirements across Commercial, Product & Pricing, Operations, Legal & Compliance, and Finance throughout the project lifecycle to support timely delivery. Collaborate closely with IT Project Manager to align project timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across business and IT workstreams. Proactively manage project risks, issues, and change control, including impact assessment and driving appropriate mitigation actions. Analyze issues and collaborate with subject matter experts to recommend practical, sustainable solutions that support day-to-day operations post go-live. Provide, clear, concise project status reporting to senior leadership. Ensure adherence to governance, timelines, and delivery commitments. Education, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: 7-10+ years of project management experience, including ownership of large, complex, cross-functional initiatives. PMP certification required. Experience in business consulting or an advisory role is considered an asset. Proven ability to independently manage projects from initiation through delivery with minimal oversight. Strong experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments. Experience in insurance industry or regulated financial services considered a strong asset. Excellent written and verbal client-facing and internal communication skills. Language Requirement: French required. Work Location: Hybrid work model combining in-office and remote work.
