The Product Designer wants real ownership and enjoys solving complex problems. This role is for someone who thinks like a product partner, not just a designer. You work on AI-driven experiences and help shape how autonomous systems and humans work together across a platform used by thousands of businesses. You are part of a cross-functional trio with the Product and Engineering teams, leading work from early discovery through launch and continuous improvement. This is not a role where youre handed screens. Designers deeply understand customers, the business, and the technologyand help define what we build and why. This is a remote position located in either British Columbia or Ontario. The company expects to pay in the range of $75,000 to $119,000 CAD base salary. Within the range, individual pay is determined by factors such as job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. How Youll Make an Impact Drive design from discovery and problem definition through delivery, measurement, and iteration. Help move the organization from feature thinking to outcome thinking. Conduct and support UX research, including interviews, usability testing, and behavioral analysis. Synthesize findings into clear insights that influence product direction. Define Jobs to Be Done, user needs, and success criteria. Design workflows that blend AI, automation, and human control. Help shape systems that are transparent, trustworthy, and effective. Design for scale across industries. Create reusable patterns and contribute to our design system. Connect design work to adoption, efficiency, retention, and ROI. Partner with Product to prioritize the highest-value opportunities. Present work, drive alignment, and help teams make decisions in complex and ambiguous spaces. Be willing to adapt to changes in the job description as deemed necessary by the business and accept all other duties as assigned What Youll Need to be Successful Remote Opportunity : Ability to work 100% remotely Must Have : 4 years work experience in product, UX, or interaction design and previous experience designing complex SaaS or enterprise products Experience conducting UX research and synthesizing insights.
