The demand for moulded fibre and environmentally sustainable products is rapidly increasing. Hartmann has committed and invested in this area to meet the growing demand of our products.We are seeking a Production Scheduler & Shipment Planner to support daily production planning, outbound shipments, and inventory control in a fastpaced, multi-site manufacturing environment. This role works closely with Production, Warehouse, Customer Service, Sales, and IT to ensure products are built, staged, and shipped efficiently and on time.You will also have the opportunity to support major supplychain transformation initiatives, including palletized shipping and warehouse automation projects.Your Role:Plan and manage production and shipment schedulesCoordinate daily and weekly outbound shipments with internal teams and carriersMonitor finishedgoods inventory and help prevent obsolescenceMaintain accurate planning and shipment data in ERP/WMS systemsSupport supplychain projects and process improvementsIdentify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and service levelsKey Skills & Experience:Experience in manufacturing environment with production scheduling, shipment planning, and inventory management responsibilitiesPost secondary education in Supply chain management, and / or related disciplinesAPICS CPIM / CSCP certification preferredDetail orientationStrong organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to manage priorities and work crossfunctionallyERP or WMS experience (e.g., M3 or similar systems)Continuous improvement or Lean experienceWhat we offerWe offer attractive working conditions and benefits to our employees and their families:Competitive salaryAnnual Variable CompensationSafety Shoe AllowanceProfessional Career Development opportunityEducation Reimbursement & Training OpportunitiesGroup Health insurance benefitsGroup Retirement pension planEmployee and Family Assistance Program Why Join Us?
