Sales Execution (With Leadership) Partner closely with our VP, Revenue & Client Services Enforce CRM discipline and clean pipelines Run weekly pipeline and deal accountability Ensure clean handoffs from sales to delivery Systems & Execution Run the business using EOS / Scaling Up-style cadence or similar Build SOPs people actually follow (checklists > manuals) Implement scorecards for every role Partner closely with our VP of Technology to implement the right technology and AI systems that eliminate manual administrative work and increase speed, accuracy, and scalability. Project-manage initiatives end-to-end Lead clean, fast acquisition integrations Mentorship, Growth & Platform Exposure This role works directly with the founders of JL Davis Enterprises award-winning Canadian entrepreneurs with deep, hands-on operating experience.
