Why Work at Kassen Canadian and female-founded, proudly building a modern and inclusive company One of the fastest-growing online presences in our industry, driven by authentic content and thought leadership Innovative and tech-forward, constantly testing new tools and recruiting approaches High-performance culture that recognizes impact, ownership, and results Collaborative, entrepreneurial team where voices are heard and ideas matter Dedicated sourcing support to enable strong, consistent delivery Job Responsibilities Manage full-cycle recruitment delivery for accounting and finance roles Partner closely with the sourcing team to define search strategy and prioritize pipelines Conduct in-depth candidate screening, assessment, and shortlisting Manage candidate relationships throughout the interview and offer process Coordinate interviews, feedback, and next steps with internal teams Advise on candidate positioning, compensation expectations, and market insights Drive offer management, negotiations, and successful placements Maintain accurate ATS and pipeline activity Contribute ideas to continuously improve delivery processes, workflows, and tools Act as a role model for accountability, collaboration, and high-performance execution Required Skills and Experience Experience in agency recruitment, accounting and finance recruitment experience preferred Strong candidate management and communication skills Ability to manage multiple searches in a fast-paced environment A growth mindset with interest in modern recruiting tools and technology Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in performance-driven culture
