Noise Digital, part of Havas Media Network, has an immediate position available for a Performance Specialist in our Vancouver office. Roles & Responsibilities Campaign Execution & Optimization Build, manage, and optimize Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns to deliver on client KPIs. Own in-platform execution, ensuring campaigns are accurately set up according to media plans, budgets, and timelines. Actively monitor pacing and performance, taking full responsibility for media spend on behalf of clients. Conduct ongoing analysis and optimization to improve efficiency, scale, and outcomes across channels. Strategy & Insights Partner with Planning and Investment teams to support cohesive go-to-market strategies aligned to campaign objectives. Develop actionable insights and performance-driven recommendations informed by campaign results and platform data. Recommend appropriate platforms, tactics, and targeting strategies based on campaign goals and audience needs. Stay current on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices across Search, Social, and Programmatic. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with internal teams, including Planning, Investment, Analytics, and other digital specialties, to deliver integrated performance solutions. Collaborate with platform partners and vendors (e.g., DSPs, publishers, and platform reps) to support campaign success. Clearly communicate strategy, performance, and optimizations to internal stakeholders and, when required, external clients. Key Skills & Qualifications 2+ years of experience in a performance media role (agency, client-side, or vendor). Hands-on experience buying and optimizing across: Programmatic: DV360 required; experience with Amazon DSP, TTD, or similar platforms considered an asset. Search: Google Ads, SA360. Paid Social: Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of the digital media and ad tech ecosystem. Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset and strong attention to detail. Proactive self-starter with excellent time management and prioritization skills. Collaborative team player comfortable working across disciplines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Retail media experience (e.g., Amazon, Criteo, Loblaw Media) is considered a bonus. Additional Information This role represents an active vacancy at Noise Digital, part of Havas Media Network. The base salary range for this position is CAD $50,000 to $60,000, with final compensation determined based on factors such as work location, skills, experience, and background.
