Arrow Workforce Solutions is hiring an Electrical Assembler for a role that involves wiring, mounting, and troubleshooting complex electrical components and sub-assemblies for custom switchboards. Job Title- Electrical Assembler Location: Hamilton, ON Pay Rate: $23 - $30 per hour ( depending upon experience) (PM shift premium applies) Afternoon Shift - 4 PM - 2:30 AM ( Monday-Thursday) Why Join Us? Determine how and where to run, connect, and terminate wires for electrical devices on wiring pans and within switchboard structures. Follow drawings, blueprints and schematics to complete industrial electrical equipment installations. Install, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, feeders, network and coaxial cable assemblies, light fixtures and other electrical components. Install and connect switchgears, transformers, power distribution panels, batteries, and electrical control systems. Identify design issues in schematics and report them through the correct channels. Perform functional tests such as continuity checks and wire pull tests. Repair or rework any issues detected during the inspection/test stages. Comply with CSA and UL codes. Perform other duties as required. Skills & Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 3+ years of experience in Electrical Assembly within an Industrial Environment. Knowledge of Electrical Power Circuits. Experience using hand tools like wrenches, cable strippers and power tools to perform tasks required. Ability to travel within North America with a valid passport and drivers license.
