We are seeking a Sr Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite Financials to support and enhance our global retail finance systems. The Project Manager will manage project progress, budget, milestones and help expand and unlock capabilities leveraging the financial ecosystems such as Oracle EBS Financials, Coupa S2P, Coupa Expense, Lucernex (Accruent). Responsibilities: Plan, manage and monitor medium to large projects with complex scope, multiple workstreams and inter-dependences. Manage budget, resources, milestones, communications, risks, issues, and dependencies Collaborate with business stakeholders to define project objectives, success criteria, and business requirements Create and maintain relevant documentation and conduct knowledge transfer activities Ensured all project tasks are clearly understood, assigned and tracked. Required Qualifications 8-10+ years as a Technical Project Manager leading agile teams for global organizations Proven record in managing medium-to-large-sized financial application projects (strongly prefer Oracle EBS, but other Tier 1 ERP Accounting Systems such as SAP S/4HANA or JD Edwards (JDE) are acceptable) PMP & CPA Certification Strong understanding in integration and financial reporting (with systems such as , Coupa S2P, Coupa Expense, Lucernex (Accruent). Strong JIRA/Confluence experience Experience working in a project/product matrixed organization at a major retailer. Experience managing external 3rd party vendor implementation with onshore and offshore teams Ability to successfully manage budget & resources and deliverables within project schedule. Demonstrated ability to build constructive business and Technology relationships and gain the trust of others in a cross-functional environment. Must be able to communicate technical and project management concepts in business-oriented terms. Plusses: Accounting certifications preferred Experience working in person in most recent role
