About the Role Cambridge LLP is seeking a senior Estates Lawyer with 7+ years of experience in estate planning and administration to join its growing private client platform. This role is well suited to a lawyer who wants strong infrastructure, high-quality files, and the ability to grow a practice within a litigation-adjacent firm environment. This role involves advising individuals and families on estate planning, handling estate administration matters, collaborating with litigators and other professionals, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities Advise individuals and families on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and incapacity planning Handle estate administration matters, including probate and executor support Collaborate with litigators and other professionals within the firm as needed Maintain and grow client relationships within a flexible and well-supported platform Qualifications 7+ years of experience in estate planning and administration A partial or portable book of business is an asset, but not required A client-focused approach and strong technical judgment Required Skills Strong technical judgment Client-focused approach Preferred Skills A partial or portable book of business Pay range and compensation package Compensation aligned with experience and contribution Full benefits package
