Compensation Transparency Expected total annual compensation for this role is $80,000 to $100,000+ Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commissions and incentives. Actual earnings will vary based on experience, results, and overall contribution. This role does not use AI to screen applications. This is a new role for 2026 as we are a growing organization Position Overview : Were hiring a Recruiting Manager to lead our core delivery team. In this role, youll be responsible for guiding a team of recruiters to achieve strong performance, stay aligned with company goals, and deliver measurable results. This is a high-impact leadership role with direct influence on team success and company growth Key Responsibilities : Lead and Manage a team of sales recruiters, ensuring high performance, engagement, and professional development. Recruit & Onboard: Hire and train new recruiters as we scale, ensuring they ramp up effectively and align with company values. Drive Results: Set, track, and achieve individual and team KPIs and revenue goals. Process & Performance Optimization: Analyze recruiting metrics and workflows to improve speed, quality, and fill rates. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with account management and leadership teams to align hiring goals with client needs and company strategy. Qualifications: 5-10 years proven success managing a team of outbound recruiters in a headhunting or executive search agency and is a MUST HAVE.
