Working with customer stakeholders and technical champions, you will guide customers towards cost performance at scale leveraging AWS best practices The FinOps team works closely with our internal Solutions Architect team and Customer Success Legends to guide our customer base through the crawl, walk, sprint, fly model of FinOps adoption. Success in this role requires you to be able to synchronize finance and technology strategies utilizing both AWS native and deployed visibility toolsets.Key Responsibilities:Onboard new customers into our monitoring and visibility platforms.Review customer spend and commitments.Assist customers define and implement tagging strategies.Research and investigate customer cost anomalies and queries.Assist the Customer Success Team in building out customer optimization roadmaps.Key SkillsetsFamiliarity with a wide array of AWS services, and how they are billed.In depth understanding of AWSs commitment based discounts.A Customer Obsessed frame of mind.Willingness to learn, and adapt with AWS changes.
