This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated operations leader who thrives in a fast-paced LTL environment and is ready to make a measurable impact.This role reports directly to the Terminal Manager and plays a critical part in driving operational efficiency, productivity, and cost control within a unionized setting.Key Responsibilities Manage dock and driver productivity while optimizing operational processes Oversee inbound and outbound freight flow to ensure efficiency and service excellence Lead operations within a unionized environment Monitor and manage key operational KPIs, including cost controls and performance metrics Support and engage with customers as required to maintain strong service relationships Contribute to overall terminal performance and operational improvementsWhat Were Looking For Proven experience in an LTL transportation environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively Solid communication skills, both internal and customer-facing Experience managing operational KPIs and cost performance P&L exposure or experience is considered an asset Self-motivated, driven, and eager to make a differenceWhy This Opportunity?
