Our goal is simple: build technology that makes complex decisions feel intuitive. Were early-stage, which means your work wont sit in a corner of a mature product. It will define how the product looks and feels from the ground up. The Role This is a high-impact UI role focused on building clean, modern, system-driven interfaces. You will: Translate product flows into polished, intuitive UI Build and evolve a scalable design system in Figma Define visual standards (spacing, typography, components, states) Collaborate closely with Product & Engineering to ensure high-fidelity implementation Sweat the details that build trust This is not a make it pretty job. Its about building visual clarity at scale. Design the interface that people trust. Who Thrives Here You have strong visual hierarchy and restraint You think in reusable systems, not isolated screens Youre fluent in Figma and component-based design You take feedback professionally and iterate quickly You care about usability, not just aesthetics Formal education is welcome but not required.
