About this Role: We are hiring a Commercial Roofing Superintendent on behalf of our client to lead field operations on large- scale commercial roofing projects. This role is designed for an experienced Commercial Roofing Superintendent who can independently manage crews, drive production, and maintain high standards for safety and quality. Youll take full ownership of jobsite execution while leading field teams and ensuring successful project delivery from start to finish with a stable, growth-focused company. Responsibilities: Lead and oversee daily field operations for commercial roofing projects from start to completion Manage foremen, crews, and subcontractors to ensure strong performance and accountability Drive project schedules and monitor progress to keep work on track Maintain high-quality installations across all roofing systems Enforce company safety policies and lead regular safety meetings and toolbox talks Conduct jobsite inspections and perform quality control checks throughout the project Review drawings, specifications, and scope to ensure accurate execution Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, and site logistics to avoid delays Communicate regularly with Project Managers regarding progress, issues, and production Proactively identify jobsite challenges and resolve issues before they impact the schedule Mentor foremen and support crew development in the field What Youll Need: 5+ years of commercial roofing experience 3-5 years experience as a Superintendent Strong knowledge of commercial systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications Strong leadership and accountability skills Valid drivers license This Role Is Ideal For: A commercial roofing superintendent who already runs jobs independently A leader who sets clear expectations, maintains accountability, and empowers field teams.
