Your Days Will Look Like Greet guests warmly and create a welcoming, high-energy first impression. Manage entry flow, queues, and guest capacity to ensure a safe and efficient environment. Verify identification and enforce all liquor laws and venue policies. Monitor the floor and entrance area, maintaining awareness of guest behaviour and overall safety. Support service flow by assisting clearing/resetting tables, bussing, food running and helping the bar and server team as needed. Professionally address guest concerns and confidently de-escalate situations when required. Promote Aprs Passes and TAG experiences to enhance guest engagement.
