Your new role: The Commercial Lease Administrator will manage commercial leasing transactions while working closely with Senior Legal Counsel and the Asset Management Team. Key responsibilities include: Commercial Leasing Transactions Coordinating and managing commercial leasing transactions from start to finish. Drafting, reviewing, and finalizing leaserelated documents, including extensions, renewals, amendments, modifications, subleases, and terminations. Preparing and registering lease documentation with the BC Land Title Office. Ensuring all legal documentation complies with relevant laws and regulations while maintaining uptodate knowledge of industry requirements. Maintaining wellorganized legal files and an efficient documenttracking system. Proven ability to manage a high volume of work with exceptional accuracy, consistently delivering errorfree documentation in fastpaced environments. Paralegal certification or related postsecondary legal education is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat. Familiarity with legal or realestate software for document management, due diligence, and registrations. Solid understanding of commercial real estate terminology, documentation, and procedures. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proactive problemsolver who anticipates next steps and keeps transactions moving. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional, diplomatic approach. Strong legal drafting abilities (agreements, reports, correspondence). Exercises sound judgment and manages confidential information discreetly. Able to work both independently and collaboratively. Committed to ongoing development and staying current on real estate law and regulatory changes. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, external counsel, and other stakeholders.
