Social Content CreatorGateway Veterinary Services is seeking a Social Content Creator to join our team. This role is well suited to a creative, peoplefocused individual who enjoys storytelling, social media, and contributing positively within a veterinary clinic setting.Position OverviewThe Social Content Creator will be responsible for developing engaging and informative social media content that reflects Gateway Veterinary Services services, brand, and clinic culture. A key component of this role is creating educational content to support clients and promote the health and well-being of their animals.In addition, this position will contribute to client relations by offering ideas and feedback aimed at continuously improving the client experience and ensuring a welcoming, positive environment.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and publish social media content highlighting clinic products and servicesDevelop social media calendars, schedule posts, and ensure brand consistencyStay current with social media trends, internet culture, and platform-native toolsShare behind-the-scenes clinic moments and team activitiesAssist in strengthening client relationships and overall client experienceDevelop educational content to better support clients and their animalsAnalyze key performance metrics (reach, engagement) to refine strategies and report findingsDrive engagement on social platformsQualificationsExperience in social media content creationProficiency in video editing, photography, and graphic designExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExceptional copywriting and storytelling skillsStrong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools and content creation toolsCommitment to education and positive client experiencesAbility to work independently and collaboratively within a teamPassion for animals and meaningful community engagementInterest in contributing to the ongoing growth of the clinics social media presenceWhat We OfferA fastpaced, interactive, and teamoriented clinic environmentOpportunities to be creative and make a meaningful impactOpportunities to learn and develop marketing and communication skillsHybrid style work environment available, with inclinic content gathering and remote work compilationExperience in content creation is required.Wage is dependant on experience, production and skills, and can vary.
