Senior Solutions Architect Future Opportunity We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Solution Architect & Consultant with deep expertise in digital banking platforms (DBP), core banking integrations, and modern banking architecture. This role requires technical leadership, enterprise solution design, and the ability to engage with financial institutions, fintech vendors, and engineering teams. As a key driver of digital banking transformation, you will architect and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance banking solutions that integrate core banking platforms, digital banking platforms, and fintech ecosystems. You will work with leading banking platforms like Temenos, DNA, Forge, VeriPark, Intellect Design, and ebankit to build next-generation banking solutions. Who you are You are a seasoned Solution Architect and Technical Leader with expertise in enterprise-scale digital banking platforms and core banking integrations. With a deep understanding of API-driven architectures, microservices, and cloud-native solutions, you design secure, scalable, and regulatorycompliant banking systems. You have handson experience with Temenos, DNA, Forge, VeriPark, Intellect Design, and ebankit, ensuring seamless integration and digital transformation for financial institutions. Your strong client engagement and stakeholder management skills make you a trusted advisor for banks, credit unions, and fintech partners. Passionate about emerging technologies, you drive innovation in AIdriven financial services, blockchain payments, and composable banking. With a strategic mindset and DevOps expertise, you mentor engineering teams, enabling them to deliver highquality, futureready banking solutions. What you will be doing Architect and lead enterprise-scale digital banking platform solutions, ensuring compliance with security, performance, and regulatory requirements. Integrate core banking platforms such as Temenos Transact & Infinity, DNA, Forge, VeriPark, Intellect Design, and ebankit into digital banking ecosystems. Design and oversee microservices architectures, integrating APIs, eventdriven systems, and cloudnative solutions for seamless banking operations. Develop APIfirst strategies to enable core banking integration, customer data synchronization, and omnichannel banking experiences. Optimize banking solutions using modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Kubernetes, serverless computing, and containerized deployments. Partner with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD best practices, infrastructureascode (Terraform, CloudFormation), and automated testing strategies. Engage with banks, credit unions, and fintech partners, providing expert guidance on digital transformation, open banking, and cloud adoption. Collaborate with vendor teams to ensure smooth integration, deployment, and scalability of banking solutions. Support presales and client pitches, conducting architecture assessments and technical solutioning to drive business growth. Drive innovation in fintech by exploring AIdriven financial services, blockchain payments, and composable banking solutions. Identify and mitigate technical debt, performance bottlenecks, and security risks to ensure longterm scalability and compliance. Mentor and guide engineering teams, fostering best practices for digital banking technology, cloudnative solutions, and software development standards. Qualifications & Requirements MustHave 10+ years of experience in solution architecture, software engineering, or enterprise architecture roles. Credit union experience is required. Expertise in designing enterprisescale banking solutions using Temenos, DNA, Forge, VeriPark, Intellect Design, ebankit, or similar platforms. Strong understanding of microservices, SOA, APIdriven banking, eventdriven architectures, and cloudnative design. Handson experience with Java, .NET, Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar enterprise development frameworks. Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including expertise in Kubernetes, Docker, and containerized deployments. Deep knowledge of banking APIs, standards, and security protocols (OAuth, SAML, JWT). Experience leading DevOps initiatives, CI/CD pipelines, and cloudnative deployments. Ability to work in agile environments (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban) and lead architecture governance processes. Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and communication skills, engaging with Clevel executives, engineering teams, and external vendors. Nice to Have Experience with mobile banking solutions and crossplatform mobile frameworks (Flutter, React Native, Kotlin, Swift). Expertise in eventdriven architectures (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS). Experience integrating CRM platforms like Salesforce or Dynamics 365 into digital banking ecosystems. Understanding of blockchain applications in banking and AIdriven financial services. Contributions to opensource projects, blogs, or fintech industry conferences. Location This position is 100% remote; however only candidates who reside and are eligible to work in Canada will be considered. Salary The hourly range for this position is $130,000 - $200,000 CAD .
