With over 150 childcare centres across Canada and the USA, and continued expansion, there are many opportunities to grow your career with us Responsibilities Maintain documentation, reporting, and required recordkeeping. Implement a Reggio Emilia approach to learning. Support children''s emotional, physical, and behavioural wellbeing, and help develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills. Maintain attendance records and complete required health and safety checks. Collaborate with professionals such as Speech Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Early Interventionists as needed. Support children during transitions in and out of classrooms. Participate in team meetings, trainings, and workshops. Provide leadership and supervision within OSC (schoolage) programs, ensuring highquality care, curriculum implementation, and adherence to licensing standards. Specifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to use computer systems for documentation, reporting, and classroom operations. Strong collaboration and teamwork skills. Ability to take initiative inside and outside of the classroom. Strong problemsolving abilities. Demonstrated experience supervising or leading OSC (schoolage) programs.
