In this role you will manage key accounts and a team of field sales representatives, oversee sales activities, support representatives daily, and ensure effective execution of sales strategies. Monitor performance of major accounts and optimize brand potential and aftersales services. Define sales targets by brand with each representative to encourage growth and stimulate new business opportunities. Regularly review sales with each rep to discuss successes and growth opportunities. Encourage and support reps in their initiatives and relationship building with retailers. Maintain strong relationships with retailers, gather feedback on reps, and foster collaboration across teams. Organize sales meetings. Manage regional marketing budgets, develop annual plans, and encourage new initiatives. Meet with the sales team weekly to share relevant information and feedback. Communicate retailer and rep feedback to suppliers for existing and new products. Participate in S&OP and supplier meetings. Present new products and convey supplier/brand vision and objectives to the sales team. Present successes, improvement plans, and divisional objectives to suppliers and Lanctts management. Stay abreast of industry news, research brands, and identify/pursue new opportunities. Drive yearonyear sales growth to become more valuable to retailers and suppliers. Qualifications Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role. Indepth knowledge of the baseball industry. Active involvement in the sports community. Strong communication and presentation skills.
