Your role: Manage a team responsible for customer service and transactional processes forcommercial banking servicesin the BC region. Contribute to the development of a business plan for your sector, aligned with the banks objectives Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience, efficiency, and process productivity Help your team excel by setting and monitoring performance objectives Participate in improving operations by identifying and preventing or correcting issues Stay up to date with the latest technologies and work processes to increase productivity and reduce costs Engage and support your employees in progressing and developing their skills Collaborate effectively with partners related to your service Standardize work processes across the region Ensure that administrative policies, procedures, and all head office communications are understood and followed Assess and provide feedback to improve service quality and customer experience in the regions Serve as a liaison between support staff and various sectors of the organization (operations, legal affairs, credit, etc.) Encourage good business practices Help coordinate regional events Your team: Reporting to theSenior Vice President & Co-Head, Western Canada, you will lead a team of leaders who oversee the Account Representatives across British Columbia. This position supports the growing needs of our commercial teams in the province.
