The Opportunity Join a growing manufacturing organization where you''ll lead packaging operations across multiple shifts, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence. Take ownership of a critical supply chain function while building highperforming teams and fostering a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and employee engagement. In This Role You Will Lead Packaging Supervisors across all shifts with handson coaching and regular nightshift presence. Monitor key metrics, assess capacity needs, and develop strategic staffing plans. Drive continuous improvement using Lean tools to enhance efficiency and reduce waste. Ensure adherence to safety policies, GMP requirements, and regulatory standards. Manage team performance, budgets, and crossfunctional partnerships. You Have Bachelor''s degree with 5+ years of manufacturing management experience. Proven track record in continuous improvement and Lean tools; Green Belt preferred. Strong GMP knowledge and advanced Excel/ERP proficiency. Exceptional leadership and team coaching abilities. Strong communication skills and valid BC Driver''s License.
