Job Description

We are seeking a detail-orientedProduction Technicianto support the procurement, stock management, assembly, and basic testing of IoT devices and related hardware. This role involves sourcing components,maintaining sufficient inventory, assemblingand performing basic testing products,maintaininglab organization, completing outbound shipments, and ensuring high-quality standards. Requirements Materials Procurement & Supplier Management Source andpurchasecomponents and materials for hardware production. Maintain relationships with suppliers to manage lead times and deliveries. Maintain inventory levels using our existing kanban system to ensure sufficient stock for production needs. Hardware Production & Assembly Assistin assembling our Smart Return Bins, Checkout Devices and other related hardware components. Follow detailed assembly instructions whilemaintainingquality and precision. Troubleshoot and resolve basic assembly issues that arise. Outbound Shipment Packing and labelling products to prepare for domestic and international shipment. Arranging courier services to pickup and deliver shipments to customers. Coordinating export documentation to support the shipments. Testing & Quality Assurance Conduct functional and performance testing on hardware products. Document and report test results,identifyingany quality concerns. Collaborate with engineers to improve product performance. Lab Organization & Maintenance Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient hardware lab. Ensure tools and equipment are properlymaintainedand calibrated. Documentation & Reporting Maintainaccuraterecords of procurement, assembly, and testing activities. Provide regular updates on project status and supply chain challenges. WhatYou''llBringToTheTeam: years of experience in a hardware, electronics, or manufacturing role. Basic understanding of electrical and mechanical assembly. Strong organizational and time management skills. Familiarity with procurement processes and supplier management. Ability to read and follow technical documentation and schematics. Hands-on approach with a keen eye for detail.
