Work Location About the Role Exciting Opportunity: Operator 1 Cannabis Production Join our dynamic production team and play a key role in cannabis processing. Reporting to the Production Shift Supervisor, the Operator 1 ensures safe, accurate, and efficient execution of labelers and some semi-automated equipment in compliance with cGMP standards. This hands-on role supports daily production activities, equipment operation, and quality control in a fast-paced environment. What You''ll Be Doing Reviewing batch records and identifying necessary equipment and raw materials Verifying ingredient codes and quantities match batch instructions Monitoring production processes and ensuring product quality Cleaning and setting up equipment between batches Performing sampling for lab analysis and updating logbooks Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment Following all SOPs, safety protocols, and cGMP requirements Collaborating with the Shift Supervisor to meet real-time production goals Supporting general housekeeping and equipment storage activities Performing other related duties as assigned What We''re Looking For High school diploma or equivalent 2+ years of experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment Mechanically inclined with solid math skills Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks safely Knowledge of cGMP is a strong asset Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team Must pass a background check Why You''ll Enjoy Working With Us Flexible Opportunities: We welcome people from all backgrounds to join our diverse team.
