Ce que vous apporterez Certification de l''Ordre des traducteurs, terminologues et interprtes agrs du Qubec(OTTIAQ) ou quivalent (de prfrence). Minimum de trois annes en traduction vers le franais canadien et vers l''anglais canadien, idalement dans un environnement d''entreprise ou de services professionnels. Matrise du franais canadien et de l''anglais canadien, avec une excellente communication crite dans les deux langues. Connaissance de l''immobilier commercial ou des environnements de services professionnels. _________ About the role We are seeking a French Translation & Language Services Lead to oversee Collier''s internal French (Canada) translation program and support translation needs across the business. This role is responsible for developing translation tools and workflows, advancing French-language compliance, and serving as a key linguistic expert for teams across Canada. This is a hybrid one-year contract position with the Canadian Corporate Marketing team, open to candidates based in Montreal, Toronto, or Vancouver. In this role, you will... Oversee Colliers'' internal French translation program, including workflow development, quality oversight, AI translation tools, training support, and governance processes Develop and maintain a translation program roadmap, identifying opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency and consistency Partner with Marketing and Operations teams to ensure translation needs are aligned with strategic team and business priorities. Coordinate the exploration, development, and implementation of AI-enabled translation tools and agents to improve efficiency and consistency. Coordinate relationships and approval processes with translation vendors, ensuring quality and timeliness Act as the primary liaison with relevant Qubec authorities on French languagerelated requirements and standards. Translate and revise a broad range of materials from English French, while ensuring brand alignment and linguistic accuracy. Coordinate and track translation requests, manage timelines, and support continuous improvement of workflows. Develop, monitor, and report on program KPIs to assess translation quality and progress. Act as an internal expert in translation and linguistics, providing guidance, terminology support, and best practices to teams across the business. Collaborate with francophone professionals to gather feedback and enhance translation quality and user experience. What you''ll bring OTTIAQ certification or equivalent (preferred). Minimum 3 years in Canadian French and English translation, ideally in a corporate or professional services environment. Expert proficiency in Canadian French and English, with excellent written communication in both languages. Experience with AI chatbots, translation software, terminology management, and translation or workflow management tools. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook). Strong project coordination skills and experience and collaborating across teams. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective stakeholder relationships. Bonus Skills Experience working with government or regulatory bodies.
