We''re a different kind of company, and we''re looking for a different kind of individual to join our team WHAT YOU''LL DO As the Estimator, you''ll be the critical link between project design and project delivery. Reporting to the Project Management & Installations Manager, you''ll work closely with our Sales team to develop accurate, competitive quotes for installation and site preparation. You''ll also be the main point of contact for contractors - gathering pricing, clarifying scope, and ensuring we have the right resources lined up to bring each project to life. You''ll support installation estimates for a wide range of outdoor amenities across Western Canada, including splash pads, playground equipment, site furnishings, sports field equipment, and playground surfacing. If it belongs in a park or outdoor community space, you''ll help determine what it takes to get it installed properly and efficiently In this role, your responsibilities will include: Review design plans and Request for Proposals (RFP''s) to identify scope Process Request for Quotes (RFQ''s) and follow up with contractors for clarity and estimating Manage contractor network for training and onboarding Attend project planning go/no go meetings Conduct on-site equipment inspection and reviews OTHER INFORMATION: This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kelowna, BC (805 Crowley Ave, Kelowna, BC V1Y 7G6) , working Monday to Friday on 8-hour days.
