Position #: 177916 Expected Start Date: March 23, 2026 Union: OOS Facility: Saskatchewan Health Authority City/Town: Saskatoon Department: Executive Director - Privacy & Health Information Management Services Type: Full-time regular FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 5 shifts of 7.5 hours per 1 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: As per Terms and Conditions of Employment Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The Administrative Assistant is directly accountable to the Executive Director, Privacy & Health Information Management Services of the Saskatchewan Health Authority and provides administrative support in a one-on-one working relationship. This position supports, and contributes to, processes and practices to support the efficient operation of the Executive Director, Privacy & Health Information Management Services portfolio, through accurate, timely and efficient execution of administrative support functions. The incumbent works closely, in a collaborative and cooperative manner, with all members of the Senior Leadership Team, and their support staff, to assist in accomplishing the Saskatchewan Health Authority''s objectives. The incumbent co-ordinates workflow with other administrative support staff in the Executive Office and at the Executive Director level and, in their absence, may provide support services as requested.
