This role can be onsite or hybrid remote/onsite. Location is flexible for anywhere Applied operates in Canada, however preference is close to one of our major service centres.Position SummaryReporting directly to the DOT (Digital Order Team) Manager , the successful candidate will work to provide leadership on customer portals across Applied Canada's Service Centres in order to maximize profitability and efficiency. This role requires a strategic thinker and problem solver with a strong business analytic skill set (the ability to think outside the box) and a desire to improve our process and data.Roles and ResponsibilitiesHandle and process large volumes of data efficiently, ensuring data integrity and accuracy for all digital/portal customersExhibit a strong interest in customer satisfaction and a desire to provide excellent customer serviceCoordinate and collaborate with internal and external Accounts Receivable departments to ensure all assigned digital customer invoices are currentEffectively communicate with and direct internal CSSR/DOT members on portal processes, ensuring timely resolution of issuesMonitor and follow up on overdue invoices to expedite payment and resolve discrepanciesMaintain thorough records of invoicing activities and customer interactionsIdentify opportunities to improve invoicing process and efficiencyCultivate lasting relationships with customers while addressing overdue invoicesResolve discrepancies or issues promptly and professionallyActively involved in all digital sales activitiesDemonstrate proficiency in meeting task deadlines through effective time management skillsTake lead on individual projects and incorporate them into personal scheduleDevelop knowledge and expertise of best practices and endtoend business processesDemonstrates enthusiasm, a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeedAbility to multitask effectively in a busy environment while consistently maintaining professionalismAssist other branches by processing orders in a timely manner when DOT team members are unavailableProvide guidance, training and support to other DOT membersObserve any opportunity for Continuous Improvement to reduce waste in digital/portal processProvide additional order management support as requiredOther tasks and projects as assignedPreferred Education & ExperienceBachelor's degree in analytics/statistics or business, or 5 years equivalent experience in a related industrySpecific SkillsSAP and customer service portal experienceHigh proficiency in Microsoft ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills as well as proven problem solving and analytical skillsPrioritization and organizational skills with the ability to work selfdirectedDemonstrated ability to work in a collaborative manner with multiple stakeholdersAbility to develop new processes and drive process improvements with clear improvement resultsAble to work in a team environment and utilize all available resourcesWorking ConditionsPosition has opportunity to be based in an AIT Canada location or in a hybrid remote/onsite structure.We Will Be Part Of a Stable And Established Company With Consistently Strong Performance And Growth.
