About the Job (May-Aug, 2026 Summer Internship) At Cubbi, were building a foodtech ecosystem that connects local restaurants and workplaces in a way that creates real value for everyone. But awareness doesnt grow from behind a screen. It grows when someone shows up with energy, clarity, and purpose. This summer, were hiring a Community Engagement & Brand Experience Intern to help bring Cubbi to life across Vancouver. Youll represent the brand inside office buildings, tenant communities, and events - building relationships, driving activation, and turning curiosity into adoption. Your mission: create real-world momentum that drives measurable engagement. Role Overview This is not a desk internship. Youll be in the field - inside buildings, hosting activation events, talking to tenants, working alongside property managers, and creating presence for Cubbi where it matters most. Youll execute campaigns, test engagement tactics, collect insights, and help improve how we show up in-market. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, community building, and growth execution. Were looking for someone who wants ownership - not observation. What Youll Do You will: Execute on-site activations inside office and tenant buildings Build relationships with office managers, tenants, and property teams Drive awareness and trial through confident, professional conversations Support launch days, promotions, and community events Capture customer feedback and report insights weekly Track engagement metrics tied to adoption and participation Identify high-opportunity buildings and propose activation ideas Represent Cubbi with professionalism, energy, and accountability Full-time role for May - August, 2026 What You Bring You thrive in live environments where people and energy matter. Must Haves: Strong interpersonal and communication skills Confidence starting conversations with new people High ownership and reliability Bias toward action - youd rather test than overthink Professional presence in workplace environments Flexible availability (Can be onsite with customer in the mornings, midday activations, and occasional afternoon events) Bonus Points: Experience in events, hospitality, sales, or brand promotion Campus leadership or community involvement Interest in startups, marketing, or entrepreneurship Comfort capturing light social content What Success Looks Like (By End of Summer) Youve executed dozens of high-quality activations across Saskatoon Youve contributed directly to measurable increases in tenant engagement Youve surfaced insights that improve future growth strategy Youve become a trusted face of Cubbi in the community
