**Job Title: Skilled Labourer** **Job Description** Join our team as a skilled landscaper in the softscape division. You will report directly to the softscape foreman and play an integral role in soil installation, setting up planters, assisting with drain pipes and irrigation, and managing plant layout and planting. Additionally, you will assist with deliveries and offloading plants as needed, contributing to the overall success of the team. **Responsibilities** Assist with soil installation and ensure planters are correctly set up. Help with drain pipes and irrigation systems. Contribute to plant layout and planting activities. Support in deliveries and offloading plants. Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve project goals. **Essential Skills** 3-5 years of experience in soft scaping. A valid driver''''s license. Ability to read and interpret plans. Physical capability to lift 50 lbs regularly. Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Certification in fall protection. Experience in plant layout.
