**Job Title: Finishing Carpenter** **Job Description** We are seeking a skilled Finishing Carpenter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing doors and hardware, including lever sets, weather strips, door closures, panic doors, and door stops. You will also be expected to wire panic doors and interpret step-by-step installation instructions. A keen attention to detail, proficiency with iPads, and strong problem-solving skills are essential for success in this position. **Responsibilities** Install doors and hardware such as lever sets, weather strips, door closures, and panic doors. Wire panic doors and install door stops. Read and follow step-by-step installation instructions. Utilize hand tools, construction equipment, and power tools effectively. Interpret blueprints for accurate installation. Maintain a high level of craftsmanship and attention to detail. **Essential Skills** Proficiency with hand and power tools. Experience in construction and carpentry (minimum of 2 years). Ability to read and follow installation instructions and blueprints. Strong communication skills. Familiarity with safety protocols and personal protective equipment (PPE). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** Basic tool kit including a cordless drill and driver bits.
