**Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor** **Job Description** Join a dynamic food manufacturing and distribution company seeking a proactive Maintenance Supervisor to oversee preventive maintenance and enhance the efficiency of our manufacturing and distribution processes. You''''ll work with various equipment such as fryers, pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, motors, and vertical bagging machines. This role requires flexibility to move across different shifts and facilitate communication within the maintenance team. **Responsibilities** Lead and manage the maintenance team, including hiring a fourth maintenance technician. Offer leadership, direction, and opinions to ensure efficient maintenance operations. Possess extensive knowledge of raw materials, production processes, quality control, and cost management. Perform a combination of 30% electrical and 70% mechanical maintenance tasks. Provide high-quality internal customer service. Manage and troubleshoot PLC and computerized machinery. **Essential Skills** 5 years of manufacturing experience with pneumatics, hydraulics, gearboxes, and vertical packaging machines. Experience in preventive maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong electrical and mechanical aptitude. 2 years of experience developing and improving key maintenance KPIs, including PM compliance, equipment uptime, and work order backlog. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Office 365). Reliable transportation. Steel-toe work boots (other PPE provided on site). **Additional Skills & Qualifications** PLC knowledge. Automation experience. Experience in food processing/manufacturing. Experience with maintaining a critical parts list.
