Responsibilities (French) Dans ce rle, vous aiderez nos clients remplir leurs dclarations de revenus en utilisant les produits Intuit TurboImpt. En fournissant des conseils fiscaux et en examinant les dclarations de revenus personnelles des clients qui remplissent eux-mmes leur dclaration de revenus, en prparant des dclarations de revenus compltes et en grant les demandes de produits/logiciels, vous travaillerez acclrer notre objectif de favoriser la prosprit dans le monde entier. Vous utiliserez les sites Web gouvernementaux, les ressources professionnelles et l'expertise de l'quipe pour rechercher et fournir la bonne rponse au client dans des termes quil comprendra. Il s'agit d'un rle virtuel en contact avec la clientle, vous utiliserez donc notre logiciel de communication vido de pointe pour interagir avec les clients et vous documenterez vos interactions pour conserver des dossiers prcis. En tant qu'expert en impts, vous avez un minimum de deux (2) ans d'exprience rmunre en prparation d'impts professionnels. Il vous sera demand de fournir votre identifiant de reprsentant (RepID) de lARC pour permettre votre utilisation du service Reprsenter un client de l'ARC lors de votre intgration russie. Vous avez de l'exprience dans l'utilisation de logiciels fiscaux professionnels pour prparer et produire des dclarations de revenus personnelles, y compris celles avec des lments complexes tels que l'emploi, le travail indpendant, les revenus locatifs, les investissements, les formulaires T1135, les revenus trangers et divers crdits et dductions. Vous tes passionn par l'ide d'aider les clients naviguer dans les complexits de la fiscalit et vous vous engagez amliorer notre marque en ravissant nos clients et en leur donnant les moyens de prparer leurs impts. Vous possdez d'excellentes comptences en service la clientle et vous tes ravi d'interagir avec les clients via des outils vido et audio de manire professionnelle, amicale et confiante. Vous devez tre dispos et disponible travailler selon un horaire flexible avec un minimum de vingt (20) heures par semaine. Ce poste demande une bonne matrise de langlais. En tant quexpert en impt saisonnier, vous serez en contact direct avec des clients de partout au Canada, dont plusieurs sont anglophones. Vous devrez prparer des dclarations de revenus, donner des conseils fiscaux et rpondre aux questions de ces clients. Lannonce concerne un poste vacant existent. Responsibilities (English) In this role, you will help our customers complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. By providing tax guidance and reviewing personal tax returns for customers completing their tax return on their own, full service return preparation, and managing product/software inquiries, you will be working toward accelerating our goal of Powering Prosperity Around the World. You will utilize government websites, professional resources, and team expertise to seek out and deliver the right answer to the customer in terms they will understand. This is a virtual, customer-facing role, so you will use our state of the art video communication software to interact with customers, and you will document your interactions to maintain accurate records. As a Tax Expert, you have a minimum of two (2) years of paid professional tax preparation experience. You will be asked to provide your CRA RepID (representative identifier) to allow your use of the CRA Represent a Client service upon successful onboarding. You have experience utilizing professional tax software to prepare and file personal tax returns, including those with complex elements such as employment, self-employment, rental income, investments, T1135 forms, foreign income, and various credits and deductions. You are passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of taxation, and youre committed to enhancing our brand by delighting our customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes. You possess excellent customer service skills, and you are excited to interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. You must be willing and available to work a flexible schedule with a minimum of 20 hours per week. This position requires proficiency in English. As a Seasonal Tax Expert, you will interact directly with clients from across Canada, many of whom are English-only-speaking. You will be responsible for preparing tax returns, offering tax advice, and answering questions from these clients. This posting is for an existing vacancy. Qualifications Experience in preparing corporate tax returns (T2). Experience in preparing Quebec tax returns (TP1). Experience in preparing business tax (T2) returns. Compensation Intuit Offre Un Programme De Rmunration Concurrentiel Bas Sur Une Approche De Rcompense Lie La Performance. La rmunration de base prvue pour ce poste est de 24,50 $/heure 33,50 $/heure, selon la rgion (PEI, BC, Nova Scotia). Intuit Provides a Competitive Compensation Package With a Strong Pay For Performance Rewards Approach. The expected base pay range for this position is PEI $24.50/hour - $33.50/hour, BC $24.50/hour - $33.50/hour, Nova Scotia $24.50/hour - $33.50/hour.
