By integrating purpose into our business model, strategies and operations we strive to create a more sustainable, equitable and prosperous world.We innovate to solve the world's most complex infrastructure problems.Rail Solutions: our end-to-end critical engineering solutions fulfill an essential role in maintaining the safe and reliable operation of railroad networks around the world.Infrastructure Solutions: we are experts in the design, manufacture and deployment of advanced technologies that positively impact the built environment.Who You AreBachelors degree in business management or related field, or equivalent related work experience2-4 years of experience in a project management role required4-6 years of work experience in a related fieldResponsibilities:Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projectsEnsure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budgetAssist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibilityEnsure resource availability and allocationDevelop a detailed project plan to monitor and execute project including the equipment necessary to achieve this planManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniquesMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniquesSuccessfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholdersPerform risk management to minimize project risksCreate and maintain comprehensive project documentationDevelop and maintain close working relationships with associated departments (i.e., Engineering, Sales, Finance and Production)Responsible for project(s) up to $15 million revenue annuallyResponsible for training new Project Managers on process, including Visual.Other duties as assigned.What Do You Need.Excellent client-facing and internal communication skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skillsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft OfficeAbility to work with multi-disciplinary teamsExcellent time-management and organizational skillsMust possess the ability to work flexible hours, based upon the needs of the department, including evening and/or weekend hours on a limited basisSome travel required (10%-40%)Why L.B.
