Commissionaires BC is currently looking for security professionals to work at the Kelowna International Airport (YLW). Shifts available: Wednesday to Sunday Wednesday & Thursday Wage: $22.66/hour Some of your responsibilities include: Interior and exterior patrols Offering first class customer service to both clients and general public Access Control CCTV Monitoring Curbside traffic control Cart collection Proactively responding to and resolving emergency situations and conflicts Maintaining detailed and accurate daily logs and incident reports Effectively communicating problems or concerns to the Site Supervisor Your Must-Haves: BC Security License Clear criminal record with ability to obtain airport clearances: RAIC and AVOP Valid BC Class 5 Driver''s License with a clean driver''s abstract Excellent problem solving skills Able towork under pressure Physically fit, able to stand for long periods and work both indoors and outdoors in a range of weather conditions Your Nice-To-Haves: Bylaw level 1 You have resided in Canada for the last five years Hold Basic or Intermediate First Aid (OFA 1 or 2) Moderate computer skills You''re a good fit if You hold a positive and can do attitude You are reliable and committed You can think on your feet and problem solve You can work alone or as part of a team What''s in it for you?
