What You Will Do Reporting to the Manager of Housing, the Rental and Marketing Coordinator is a primary customer service agent for the Society allowing us to meet our diverse tenants'' housing needs for high quality, secure, affordable rental housing, and excellent customer service. The Rental and Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in driving occupancy and promoting the Society''s rental homesparticularly market-rental suitesthrough effective marketing, customer engagement, and streamlined leasing processes. This position focuses on marketing and showcasing available homes, maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified applicants, and ensuring that prospective renters receive timely, accurate, and welcoming communication. This position also works with the Manager of Communications and Engagement to align marketing with the overall communications strategy of GVHS. What You Bring Strong knowledge of marketing fundamentals and digital advertising tools. Proficiency with office software including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently. Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy. Experience in rental housing and real estate marketing using all mediums, preferred. Your Working Conditions Union Membership: CUPE Local 1978 Hours of Work as provided in the Collective Agreement.
