RED Mountain Resort is seeking an enthusiastic Cook to join our team for the 2026 Summer Season As a Cook, you will play a huge role in our organization and are responsible for feeding our guests. We are looking for someone who brings enthusiasm, experience and a strong work ethic. You will thrive in a busy environment and like to have fun, while working hard. In addition to line cook duties, this role also includes cleaning, stocking, opening duties, and closing the kitchen at the end of the day. The anticipated start date for this position is June 2026, and ending between August and October 2026. RESPONSBILITIES Prepare and cook food items according to the Resort''s quality standards. Ensure all food is cooked to the appropriate temperatures and served in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including work stations and equipment. Follow food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of ingredients and food items. Assist in kitchen prep work. Work efficiently with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Communicate with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE High School Diploma. 2-5 years of previous culinary experience preferably within a restaurant, hotel or resort environment Must have a Food Safe Certificate. Physical and Other Requirements Able to lift 50 lbs. Able to work on your feet for long period of time. Able to carry stock up several flights of stairs. Available to work evenings and/or weekends. Skills & Abilities Must have exceptional work habits, including being prompt and responsible. Enjoy working alone and under pressure, as well as in a team environment. Exceptional customer service and cooking skills, including understanding and anticipating the needs of customers. Outgoing personality and high standards of quality.
