For a full list of opportunities, visit Role: This position supports the Warehouse team with the daily tasks to ensure efficient operations to meet our business needs. Primarily responsible for manually breaking down pallets from vendors to our local Ti x Hi pallet sizes. Role Responsibilities: Handle stock carefully breaking down pallets and properly to avoid damages Shrink wrapping pallets or taping to ensure stable pallets Unloading pallets off trailers using Forklift or pallet jack Return to stock DCI returns each day Accurate selection of small will call orders and afternoon hot shot trucks Maintain a clean and safe work environment Identifying inbound damaged items. Works closely with receiving department Ensure accurate reporting of incoming stock Provide excellent customer service both internally and externally To display positive work ethics and behaviour Handling product effectively in a timely fashion Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental objectives. Comply with all applicable regulations/laws and company policies, including but not limited to Food Safety Policy, SOP''s & regulations, Code of Business Conduct & Ethics, Antitrust policies and regulations, etc. Qualifications/Skills/Job Requirements: Warehouse experience using a pallet jack and/or forklift and palletizing product. High school diploma or equivalent. High level of physical exertion is required; repetitive, continuous lifting to 40 kg. Ability to work in a cold/freezer environment. Schedule 5am-1:30pm. Previous warehouse experience is an asset. Adheres to all Preferred Work Methods and Standard Operating Procedures. Has great attention to detail. Embodies quality, safety, and customer service.
