We are looking for talent to strengthen our branches in Montreal, Ottawa, and Vancouver: customer service agents and branch managers capable of operating and optimizing all activities of a high-volume vehicle rental branch, while ensuring financial performance and execution quality. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager. The Branch Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned branch, ensuring efficient workflow, customer satisfaction, and achievement of key performance metrics. This role involves operating the daily operations of your branch: vehicle preparation, customer reception, deliveries, returns, vehicle movements ; but also managing a team, where applicable, coordinating vehicle inventory, analyzing operational performance, and identifying strategies for growth. The Branch Manager will also address challenges, foster a positive work environment, and work collaboratively with other teams to achieve business goals. He ensure structured, efficient, and profitable execution while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities Daily Branch Operations Oversee all on-site branch operations. Plan daily priorities (deliveries, returns, inspections, maintenance). Ensure smooth coordination between front desk, fleet, call center, and central functions. Supervise customer deliveries (vehicle walkthrough, contract review, vehicle condition). Validate return inspections and the billing of damages or applicable fees. Optimize turnaround time between return and redeployment. Ensure compliance with internal processes and local regulatory requirements. Vehicle Preparation & Rotation Supervise full vehicle preparation (inspection, cleaning, charging, documentation). Ensure vehicle availability based on demand and utilization rates. Validate inspections before delivery and after return. Customer Service & Sales Welcome existing customers and resolve complex situations. Oversee contract renewals. Maximize conversion of inbound prospects. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Supervise accurate updates of customer records in Salesforce. Performance & Financial Management Achieve branch revenue and profitability targets. Monitor key performance indicators: customer service performance, fleet utilization, customer satisfaction, incident rates, maintenance costs. Optimize operational expenses. Implement improvement plans when required. Leadership & Team Management Recruit, coach, and develop the local team (operations, front desk, coordination). Plan schedules and ensure adequate coverage. Manage individual and team performance. Foster a culture of disciplined execution and accountability. Train the team on Weeve operational standards. Manage the local office and parking facilities. Develop local partnerships (garages, suppliers). Represent Weeve with regional strategic partners. Internal Coordination & National Collaboration Coordinate with national fleet management to optimize asset utilization. Collaborate with the call center to align delivery and appointment planning. Work with Finance, Insurance, and HR teams to ensure compliance and administrative efficiency. Deploy national initiatives and new processes within the branch. Identify growth opportunities within your market. Qualifications 5 to 10 years of experience in branch management, profit center leadership, or field operations. Significant experience in a rental agency, automotive sector, or high-volume customer environment. Experience in customer support, conflict resolution, and providing exceptional customer service Strong operational focus with the ability to manage daily priorities. Structured and motivating leadership style. High level of rigor, execution speed, and organizational skills. Ability to manage operations, customers, and financial performance simultaneously. Comfortable working in a fast-growing environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments English required, French being a strong asset (Vancouver) or mandatory (Montreal, Ottawa).
