We don''t need more ''strategy''we need a closer. This role is strictly focused on direct outreach and customer acquisition. What You''ll Do This is a high-energy, hands-on role. You are the face of the company to local businesses. Your goal is simple: Get us in the door. Cold Calling: Dialing local business owners to introduce rePatt AI and spark interest. Door-to-Door Outreach: Physically visiting local businesses to speak with managers and owners. Lead Generation: Identifying new targets and turning ''cold'' prospects into ''warm'' demos. Customer Acquisition: Pitching the value of our AI insights and bringing in new paid users. Follow-ups: Being relentless in pursuing leads until a deal is closed or a demo is booked. Compensation & Upside Commission-Only: This is a performance-based role. You earn a percentage of every paid customer you bring on board. Future Growth: After 6 months of proven traction and revenue generation, we will discuss a transition to a base salary and/or equity (ownership) in the company. Unlimited Cap: The more you sell, the more you earn. There is no ceiling on your commission. The Communicator: You can talk to anyone, handle rejection with a smile, and pivot a conversation quickly. The Aspiring Entrepreneur: Someone who wants to see exactly how a startup grows from zero to one. Qualifications Strong verbal communication and ''people skills.'' Resilience and a high tolerance for rejection. Ability to work independently and manage your own daily route or call list. A ''closer'' mentalityyou know how to ask for the sale. Previous experience in door-to-door sales or telemarketing is a massive plus. Time Commitment Flexible: 1520 hours per week (or more if you want to earn more). Remote/Field-Based: You choose your territory.
