Your Key Responsibilities Performs project contract drawing reviews (drawings, specifications, shop drawings, material submittals, etc.) Attends pre-construction meetings and document discussions Reviews and reports on project mock-ups Performs periodic site visits and utilizes a site visit reporting system to identify and update action items Performs field testing to confirm building enclosure performance (water, air leakage, EFVM, infrared testing, etc.) Assists in small project management and coordination Assists in building condition assessments, concrete restoration, and building enclosure-related projects Participates in continuing education Performs various office-related tasks Qualifications Your Capabilities and Credentials Organizational skills with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks on multiple projects Ability to work in a team environment Strong customer service commitment Excellent communication and written skills in English Professional attitude with a strong commitment to succeed Strong work ethic Must have a valid driver''s license Education and Experience Students in 3 rd and 4 th year working towards a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field are encouraged to apply. General knowledge of Building Science principles or Building Envelope components is a plus Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
