WHO WE''RE LOOKING FOR The Liquor Co. 1977 is hiring Customer Service Representatives (CSR) for our Yates Liquor Store, located at765 Yates Street, Victoria BC, V8W 1L6 . We have a p art-time role offering a range of hours per week . Our ideal candidate will have open availability throughout the week, weekend availability is a must Applicants must be 19 + years of age. We are a people first business, with a strong focus on our customer and member needs. We are looking for a like-minded individual to join our dedicated team. We want someone who: Enjoys creating positive customer experiences and goes above and beyond in service delivery Has at least 1 year of experience in the liquor industry and 2+ years working in customer-facing roles Has strong cash handling skills and the ability to process transactions efficiently Is knowledgeable about alcoholic beverages and is comfortable recommending products Values safety, integrity, and teamwork, and is a role model for both colleagues and customers Is physically capable of standing for extended periods and handling products up to 50 lb. Has a current Serving It Right certificate (required in advance of starting) WHAT YOU''LL BE DOING Besides working with the best group of teammates and fantastic customers, you''ll be stocking the store, processing till transactions, and generally ensuring our customers & members are taken care of, and the location is clean and safe.
