Position Summary All Ways of Caring is seeking Registered Nurses to provide professional nursing care to clients in home and community settings. This role supports client health, safety, and care outcomes in collaboration with the Care Designer and care team. What We Offer Flexible scheduling One-on-one client care Growth and development opportunities 24-hour Care Support Employment Status: Full-time, Part-time, Casual Duties and Responsibilities Provide professional nursing services in home and community settings within the scope of practice and applicable standards. Conduct assessments, contribute to care plan development/updates, and support clinical decision-making in collaboration with the Care Designer and care team. Administer medications and treatments as authorized; monitor outcomes and document accurately. Identify and respond to changes in client condition; escalate concerns appropriately and coordinate follow-up as required. Provide health teaching, guidance, and support to clients and families to promote safety, independence, and well-being. Support caregivers through clinical guidance and communication to ensure care is delivered consistently and safely. Maintain complete, timely, and accurate documentation; communicate effectively with internal teams and, when appropriate, external healthcare partners. Travel between client visits as required for the role/region. Qualifications and Requirements Current RN registration in good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body, with no restrictions that would prevent performance of the role. Current CPR certification (First Aid as required by location/role). Satisfactory Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Search completed within the timeframe required by All Ways of Caring policy. Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work reliably and independently. Ability to travel to client visits (valid driver''s license and access to a reliable vehicle where required). Valid TLR Certificate Experience working with pediatric clients is an asset.
